This Return and Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service “Terms” and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy before purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order placed with us either directly on our website or on our Amazon shop.
What are the conditions of returns?
We comply with European law, which imposes 14 days for the cancellation or return of your order. We are going further by offering all our customers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after having received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item has been delivered within 30 days
- In case the item is a telescope, you must provide the serial number of your telescope and close-up pictures from all angles to ensure it is in good condition
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
- Your item must be in its original packaging
What is the return process under the 30-day return policy?
To initiate a return, please contact our support team using our website. For any order placed on the Amazon website, please use Amazon’s “return an article” button on your order list.
Please note that all returns will need to be sent to the address indicated by our customer service. The return address will depend on your delivery area and the return reason. Please also note that the product unique serial number is required for us to be able to process your return.
If your return is accepted (see above conditions): we or Amazon will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Deadline for returns: the item must be returned within 15 days after approval by the support team. For Amazon order, the item must be returned within 35 days after the return request.
Returning costs are at the expense of the customer. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. Restocking fees shall be applied in case of missing parts or damaged packaging.
When you return a product for any reason, you must return it in the same condition as you received it. Please ensure that you include the correct and complete item when making a return.
Items sent back to us without an “approved return” status from the support team will not be accepted.
Are there exceptions / non-returnable items?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items made according to your specifications or personalized.
- Items that according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where a date of expiry is over.
- Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Items that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Please note that gift cards cannot be refunded.
What is the refund process?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item you returned, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, we will process the refund within 2 to 3 business days. Please consider that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to show your refund and make the funds available to you.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact our support team using our website. For any order placed on the Amazon website, please use the Amazon “Ask a Question” channel.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, so that we can evaluate the issue and act accordingly. We will not accept any “damages and issues” claim made more than 2 weeks after delivery.
Warranty
This return policy does not affect the legal warranty of conformity which you may benefit, if any. We warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for two years from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, we will at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is equivalent to the product to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
